ACCOMMODATION
A limited number of bedrooms have been reserved for delegates for the 13th and 14th September at the conference hotel, the 5* Grand Hotel. These rooms have been reserved until 17th August and may be booked before then, so we advise reserving your accommodation early. You can do this by calling reservations on +44 (0)1273 224300 and quote Event-X. The cost per room at the Grand Hotel is £130 (excluding VAT) single occupancy, per night (bed and breakfast). For double occupancy, there will be a small additional charge.

There are also a limited number of bedrooms reserved until the 7th September at the adjacent hotel, the Hilton Brighton Metropole for the 14th September for £125 (including VAT) single occupancy, per night, bed and breakfast. (For double occupancy, there will be a small additional charge.)

There are of course many excellent hotels in Brighton and delegates may wish to book their accommodation separately in any case

DRESS
Business casual attire is recommended for conference sessions and workshops. Smart casual wear (lounge suits) are recommended for the conference reception and dinner.
CLIMATE
Weather conditions for September in Brighton are typically around 20ºC / 68ºF, you will need to bring some warm clothing.
