Conference Fee
The conference fee includes access to the conference on 14th and 15th September 2006, attendance at selected sessions, a conference pack and handouts (where submitted by speakers), refreshments and meals as mentioned in the programme, a copy of the proceedings and the conference reception and dinner on the evening of the 14th September. Further administrative and travel information will be sent to you with your acknowledgement of booking.
A Group Booking Discount is available – book four delegate places and one is included FREE.
Fees:
Full conference fee: £625 + VAT
Student fee: £347.50 + VAT (50% discount)
NB The student fee applies to students in full time education. The total number of student concessions will be limited to 20 and will be issued on a first come, first served basis.
Payment for the conference must be received at the time of booking.

Bookings and Payment
To book a place at the conference, please complete and return the attached booking form. All bookings must be made in writing – we are unable to accept telephone bookings. You can also book online by using the booking form on this site.
Payment can be made either by BACS transfer (see bank details on booking form), cheque or by credit/debit card via PAYPAL (please see booking form for details).
Please note that bookings will not be accepted unless accompanied by one of the above forms of payment.

Cancellations
Once a conference booking has been made, notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing to Event-X Ltd. Notification by email or fax is acceptable. Cancellations received by post, fax, or email before 16 August 2006, will be subject to a 10% cancellation charge. No refunds will be given for any cancellation received after 16 August 2006.
All cancellations must be made in writing. Substitution of another delegate is possible at any time but please inform us in writing.
